The project presented by Del Infinito Gallery for the 2018 edition of PARC is composed by artists Karina Peisajovich, Rogelio Polesello and Ventoso. The works of these three Argentine artists aim to create a space marked by shape, color, and various levels of perception. The series of drawings from the series “Theory of Color” by reconstructs the history of the different color systems that have been developed from the Greeks to the present day, both from philosophy, poetry, physics, chemistry, and art. Polesello’s works made in acrylic on canvas between the late 70s and early 80s denote a play between shape and color, generating in each painting a unique visual experience. Finally, the volumetric pieces in high-density polymer by Ventoso generate an optical effect right from its details, curves, incisions, lights ,and shadows, which add to the overall impact of the project in front of the viewer.
